Nestled in the heart of the Annex atop Futures Bakery, Kula Toronto is a multi-discipline studio offering both Anusara-Inspired and Hot Yoga classes.  Our teachers are intelligent and playful, and share a lifelong devotion to practice, learning and self-discovery. Their personal study draws from many lineages of yoga, including Anusara, Ashtanga, Baptiste, Hatha, Moksha, Vinyasa and Yin. Our instructors teach flowing classes that emphasize alignment and affirm one’s highest potential.

Our space is filled with an abundance of natural light; its materials sourced for their sustainability and inherent beauty. We take great care to ensure our studio facility uses the riches of natural resources in order to provide a healthy, conscious and inspired space. In fact, we strive for blue, which takes into account azure water and sky with efforts to green our planet and our studio.
