Energy Exchange
As part of our commitment to offer yoga to whomever desires to study, we have two programs available to assist with class payments. Our Energy Exchange Program allows individuals to work at the studio in exchange for unlimited classes. If you would like to participate in this program, please take time to read the position descriptions below, and should you feel this may be a good fit, kindly complete and submit the Trade Application Form below. Some of your responsiblities include welcoming new students to the space, providing information on our programs and assisting students with class pruchases and merchandise. You are also responsible for the upkeep and organization of the space during classes.

Some of the duties include regular cleaning of practice rooms and washrooms; cleaning, folding and re-stocking mats, face cloths and rental towels; overall cleanliness of common areas and your own personal touch to the space!
